Well, Sony has made this possible with the new watch that they have launched a couple of days back. Rightly christned as the "Android Power", this 'Smartwatch' allows you to do almost everything that your a android phone does by connecting with your existing Android phone via Bluetooth.

It comes with a OLED display of 1.3 inches and is dust & water proof. Details on battery life are not yet available, but with low usage it is supposed to last a week and with moderate usage it should last for upto three to four days. Yes, it has a USB port for charging.
