the xperia Neo L: Sony's first phone with ICS

Sony might have promised an Android 4.0 ICS for nearly all its Android phones, but it is the Neo L that happens to be the first phone from Sony to get a Android 4.0 ICS. As of now this handset is available only in China and is powered by a 4" screen that supports a 4 finger multi-touch but a resolution of 854 x 480. It comes with a 1GHz Snapdragon processor and 512MB of RAM. The looks are quite similar to Neo V and so are most of the specs. The Neo L carries a 5MP snapper that can shoot 720p video.
